I photographed Will and Haley’s wedding a few years ago and now, they’re having a baby! These two had a beautiful Jewish wedding at the Manor House in 2015 and I still can’t stop looking at their photos. It was a day filled with so much joy! This is their first baby, which is super exciting. They wanted to do a gender reveal to announce to their friends and family that they’re having a little boy. And of course, they had to incorporate their amazing dog. His name is Recon. Isn’t that just the best name! I am so excited for Haley and Will. Their session was so much fun and I loved reconnecting with them!
Baby Powers Gender Reveal
For their gender reveal session, they brought blue balloons, a letter board sign, and a special stuffed animal for Baby Powers. The sign read, “Baby Powers is a Boy” and they even had a bandana for Recon that says “Big Brother.” How cute! Recon thought the giraffe stuffie was for him though and he tried to play with it. He’s going to have to work on his sharing skills once his baby brother comes along. Haha!
It wasn’t easy but we were able to get Recon to sit still long enough to wear the Oakley sunglasses and for photos. Not an easy feat for a rambunctious pup. I love the family photos we got of Will and Haley with Recon and their baby on the way. Of course, we also got a few quick maternity photos with just the two of them.
It makes me so happy that I get to continue working with my wedding couples as they grow their families. I cannot wait to meet this Baby Boy and see what else is in store for this wonderful family! Keep an eye out for some more maternity photos and then adorable newborn photos soon!
