Christmas Baby Newborn Photos

Shout out to all the December babies! I personally have 2 of them myself. That is what you get when you plan your pregnancies to avoid wedding season lol. Of course, if you are due pretty much anytime between Thanksgiving and Christmas, you’ll be looking at Christmas baby newborn photos. You can even ask for it as a gift under the tree (or a baby registry item). You can also check 2 things off your list – newborn photos with a baby announcement and Christmas card!

Here are a few of my favorite Christmas baby newborn photo ideas for your session. First, is this adorable newborn Santa! I have this outfit out every year for my December babies. Not just a vintage red suit and matching hat, but a sweet little reindeer stuffie for baby cuddles. Second, is a little reindeer of your own. I actually have 2 different ones, a neutral, natural reindeer bonnet or a Rudolph outfit complete with a white tail on the tushie.

Another Christmas baby newborn photo inspiration can be sweet and tasty like this gingerbread man. I actually made this outfit myself for my son, Austin, but I’ve used it many times since then. Furthermore, you can add some candy cane treats, sugar cookies, hot chocolate or simply just that cute little gingerbread man.

Lastly, if you want something a bit simpler, you can go with a decorated wreath or natural garland or mistletoe décor. A few other ideas I haven’t done yet are snowman, a sleigh ride, a buddy the Elf (or elf on the shelf) or even The Grinch. The Grinch, however, is copyrighted so beware of that if you have that in mind. There are so many ideas and inspiration for Christmas baby newborn photos.
