Lillian & Zeb and the cutest little kiddos! I have been photographing this family for years. I’ve gotten to watch Zeb grow up. I met the whole family for a special Christmas session. And I’ve been capturing Lillian’s milestone sessions since before she was even born! We just did Lillian’s six-month milestone session but mom wanted some more of just her and her brother. With Easter coming up and a fabulous floral wall at Denver Photo Collective, we decided to do a Denver child photography session for both of them.

While this session was really all about Zeb and Lillian, I wanted to make sure mom got in the photos too. Moms, how often are you actually in the pictures with your kids!? I feel like us moms are always the ones taking the photos. And there’s always a reason why we don’t feel photogenic, right? I think it is so important for moms to be in these photos, despite all the excuses we can come up with! Your kids will treasure these images when they’re older. Before Lillian came around, Zeb had a Mommy and Me session with mama and those photos were so sweet! I wanted to make sure we got some similar photos with all three of them, now that Lillian is here too. The photos with Mom in them are some of my favorites from this session!
And this set! Oh, I cannot get enough of this set. I do have my own studio but sometimes it’s fun to get out of my comfort zone and rent a studio in the city! The Denver Photo Collective creates these amazing sets a few times a year. I loved getting to use their spring set this year. The florals were gorgeous and I loved all the pinks. So much fun, right?
