Cheyenne Mountain Resort Wedding – Emily and Seth

First, it all began with mutual friends, Carly and Brian, that introduced Emily and Seth and it was instantly a perfect match. For as long as Emily could remember, she always wanted to help animals. Emily was attending veterinarian school in Fort Collins and Seth was stationed in Colorado Springs when they met. While spending a family vacation with Emily’s family in Minnesota, Seth decided to propose during a beautiful sunset on Lake Superior.

As soon as she graduated, she planned on marrying the man of her dreams, Seth. Of course, their wedding day wouldn’t be complete without her faithful best man, Shadow, her golden retriever. Love that furbabies could attend this Cheyenne Mountain Resort Wedding.

The Wedding Day

The beautiful bride choose a yellow wildflower bouquet which complimented the bridesmaids deep blue dresses. Certainly, Shadow, the couples golden retriever, was also included in the ceremony as a groomsman. Shadow donned a crisp blue bowtie that was a perfect match with the groomsman’s ties. Seth looked handsome in his grey suit with a black vest and tie. The ceremony was held on the chipping green of Cheyenne Mountain Resort with the backdrop of the mountains. The couple provided their guests with sunglasses so that they weren’t “blinded by their love.”

Naturally, with Emily and Seth being wine connoisseurs, the tables were decorated with flowers using wine bottles as vases. They also had a cork board with guests names written on them to guide them to their tables. Hopefully that wasn’t too horrible working to collect all those bottles and corks 😉 The evening was perfect. The party was definitely one to remember. Last, I shall always remember this photo of Seth basically flying in the air like he’s surfing a mosh pit! It was a nice blend of an elegant event and a memorable fun party! Cheyenne Mountain Resort Weddings never disappoint.
