Brittany & Nathan’s wedding was at Chatfield Botanical Gardens in Littleton, CO. I actually wasn’t able to meet Brittany & Nathan before the wedding as this was a destination wedding for them and Nathan was to be deployed soon after the wedding day. I’m very grateful for his service and both of their sacrifice for my family and this country. So when I came to the gardens, I didn’t know what to expect that Brittany had planned for their wedding and wow, it was gorgeous! First of all there was a ton of sparkle and bling but elegantly integrated together. Chandeliers adorned the aisle of the ceremony. The gazebo was draped in flowing fabric and balls of flowers with a wine barrel to hold the candles and hurricane globes for their unity candles.
Brittany wore a stunning lace fit and flare gown with simple white heels and shimmering jewelry. And the bouquet she had was vibrant and the handle made of what felt like solid silver. When Nathan saw her for the first time, he literally couldn’t contain his emotion and was overcome with happiness and love. After their unity ceremony, they had a dove release to surprise their guests.
And as if this all wasn’t enough, the reception was just as beautiful. First it was outside under a blue sky and glimmering stars (after an amazing sunset of course). The pink tablecloths and large glass vases with centerpieces atop made a huge statement piece for the tables and guests. A lovely tribute to the longevity of marriage in both of their families were displayed with each couple’s wedding heirloom photo and how long they were married for. Obviously these two are committed to endure and cherish the same. It’s too bad these two live so far away, because I’d love to see what comes next for Brittany & Nathan!
