Zoe and Chloe are the cutest little twins on the planet! Their mom is a photographer as well and we met through an awesome women photographer’s networking group. These two are rainbow twins, which means they were conceived after their mother had a miscarriage. Rainbows always appear after dark storms which is how the analogy came to be. How incredible is it that she had twin rainbow baby girls! One of my favorite things about being a Colorado Springs newborn photographer is getting to hear stories like these and meeting these wonderful new little people. We made sure to take some photos with a rainbow setup in remembrance as well as to show just how special they are.

I love working with twins because I get to capture that special bond that they have together. I never charge extra for multiples. My newborn sessions are the same whether you have one, two, three, or more babies. I do of course bring in an assistant to help manage so many babies 🙂 I don’t know how twin and multiple mommies do it! You are rock stars!
I love customizing my baby sessions too so I made all the outfits and headpieces for these rainbow twins’ session. For these portraits, I made sure that the outfits went together but weren’t quite the same. Zoe and Chloe may be twins, but they are each unique and I wanted to show that by not making them too matchy. I just cannot get over the chubby cheeks on these cuties and their full heads of hair. For the most part they were little angels, except once when Zoe got hungry and started trying to eat her sister lol. Luckily we were all done by then. Their sleepy little smiles are so adorable. I’m so glad I was able to capture each of them smiling so sweetly. These two have all the newborn cuteness times two!
