Strawberry Creek Ranch Styled Shoot

I absolutely loved this Strawberry Creek Ranch styled shoot. We had an amazing vendor team and a couple of great models! I’ve actually photographed this couple before. It’s not every day you get to photograph the same couple in more than one wedding, right? It must be so fun to have a little wedding sequel, with just the two of you, after your actual wedding day. A stress-free day, to wearing amazing wedding attire, spend time in a beautiful place together and just love on each other and hang out. No guests, no timeline, no worries!

There is so much planning that goes into a styled shoot. Everyone has to come together on one day and it has to be perfect. Just like a wedding, anything can happen. On this day, everything started out great. Then, it started pouring rain! We moved everything inside and just kept working. The whole day still turned out amazing and the photos were beautiful. Just like a real wedding day, things went wrong, the weather wasn’t perfect and everything turned out amazing anyway!

Strawberry Creek Ranch Styled Shoot

We did this styled shoot at Strawberry Creek Ranch, a gorgeous venue out in Granby. It boasts a lake, mountain views, and rustic barns and log cabins. They had even just built a brand new barn. It wasn’t quite done in time for our styled shoot, but we got a few shots over there anyway! What can I say, it was just too pretty to pass up! We had the best vendor team out there to bring the whole thing together. Pick Me! Weddings planned an amazing lush purple theme. The dress from The Bridal Collection and suit from Ted’s Clothiers looked amazing on our couple. The Makery made us a gorgeous, simple white wedding cake (which was also delicious, by the way)! I am so lucky to work with such incredible Colorado wedding vendors.
