Newborn Photographers in Monument Colorado: Celebrating Mia, Cali, and Ellie
As a photographer, there’s something incredibly special about capturing the earliest moments of a child’s life. Newborn photography offers an opportunity to freeze those fleeting, precious moments in time. I’ve had the privilege of documenting many growing families. In fact, I’ve had the honor of photographingrecently three beautiful baby girls—Mia, Cali, and Ellie. Each one bringing a unique and heartwarming story to my newborn studio in Monument, Colorado.
Mia’s Newborn Session
Mia’s session was extra special to me because she’s the little sister of Emma, whom I had the joy of photographing a few years ago. I first met Mia’s parents for their engagement photos and later, their wedding. Being able to now document their second daughter’s newborn photos brings me so much joy. Mia’s serene, peaceful session was filled with beautiful moments of her wrapped in soft, delicate blankets. I also custom made the little snowy Harry Potter Owl, Hedwig just for Mia. Naturally, with Mia’s family, I travel to their home for their session. It’s such a privilege to be trusted with not just one, but two important milestones in a family’s life. Watching these families grow over the years is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job as a photographer.
Ellie’s Newborn Session
Ellie is the newest addition to the family of a couple I photographed five years ago, when they welcomed their firstborn, Avery. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long since I first had the opportunity to photograph Avery as a newborn, and now, I’m able to document his little sister, Ellie. It’s such a joy to see this family again and witness the love they have for their children as they grow. Ellie was such a calm, sweet baby, and I loved seeing Avery adore his new little sister. As a photographer, there’s nothing more rewarding than being a part of these families’ stories. Indeed I’m honored to continue documenting their journey.
Cali’s Newborn Session
Cali and her family are new to me and my studio, and I’m so excited to be part of her story as she grows. While this was my first time meeting her and her parents, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to document not only her newborn photos but also milestone photos in the future. Over the next year, I’ll be photographing Cali’s 6-month and 1-year milestones. In fact, babies change so much that I can’t wait to see how she grows. Working with families from the very beginning and then watching the babies grow year after year is what makes my job as a photographer so rewarding. I’m looking forward to watching little Cali blossom!
