Celebrate Pregnancy! – A Second Maternity Session
I have a gorgeous second maternity session for you today. Emma & Dave have been wonderful friends of our family for years and several years ago when they were having their first child I did their maternity and newborn photos for little Sophia. There is nothing baby about her now and is growing so fast! Of course being a newborn and maternity photographer in Colorado, those photos were outdoor with the mountains and Emma in a flowing white gown and red couch. This time we did some photos at my Palmer Lake photography studio (indoor and outdoor) of this family of 3 about to be 4. I just love the adorable, lovely outfits that they brought for mommy and daughter (Dave looked fine but let’s face it the ladies owned the shoot).
Sophia is going to make an excellent big sister and be a big help for her momma with a newborn little sister. By the way, the title of this blog post is a bit of a pun and joke that probably only second time parents get. Sophia the First is a cartoon show on the Disney channel that comes on after Mickey Mouse. I can’t wait to do some special shots with their new little princess and with the lovely ladies together and some daddy daughter love.
