John & Hannah are probably the cutest couple you have ever seen. Hannah is the sweet, blonde with an adorable freckled face and John a tall, blonde with short, curly hair. They met in high school, senior year started dating and have been dreaming of this day ever since they became high school sweethearts. The perfect setting for their romantic, traditional Christian wedding was Crooked Willow Farms in Larkspur, CO. The guys dawned grey suits and the girls a rich purple short flirty dress. That day, Hannah was stunning, absolutely angelic in her long wedding gown and cathedral length veil. The couple chose not to see each other but to pray before the ceremony together in a 1st look, no look. Hannah was incredibly emotional, it was very touching.
It was time for the ceremony which was in the courtyard and garden area in front of Crooked Willow’s grand doors. The cute couple decided to do a foot washing ceremony to honor each other as husband and wife, dedicating themselves to one another to take care of and serve the other in their marriage. It was especially nice when Hannah’s cowboy boots were removed to reveal her crazy knee high socks. At last, the kiss was momentous and special, Hannah stayed in John’s arms soaking up the moment. Amazingly, the rain held off until the last moment of the wedding ceremony.
We incorporated the rain into the gorgeous photos of the couple, including an appearance by Crooked Willow’s camels and an incredible rainbow. Of course this was all in addition to the lush, green pastures, white picket fences and red barns of Crooked Willow. And to end the reception was held in the ballroom filled with all their family and friends.
