My Fourth of July Minis were a success! I made the AMAZING America Flag backdrop all by myself – well with a bit of help of the husband even though he thought I was crazy! But it was worth it as I enjoyed capturing all these cuties dressed in their red, white and blues! Thank you to all the families who came out! We had a few little setups, with the green grass, a lovely quilt and even a little BBQ grill and funny hat a as little joke. I did not anticipate that the riding lawn mower I used to move all the props for the 4th of July minis would be the most popular prop as all the kids immediately ran over to it and the attached cart. And one of the little guys was a bit shy so he and mom played on my tire swing instead and had a ball.
Kids grow up and change so quickly don’t they? Minis are a great way to get a few images of your kiddos through out the year, in between full sessions. If you have never had a custom photography experience, want to try a new photographer or update your photos, mini sessions are a great way to do all of these things! Plus, they are great way to honor and celebrate the holidays throughout the year.
Happy 4th of July (Independence Day) to everyone! I hope its full of food, parades and fireworks! Please enjoy these sweet and patriotic smiles! The first one below is of my little guy. Is it just me, or does he have the cutest little smile?
