Wedding at the Flying Horse Club

I had so much fun celebrating Kyle and Michael’s wedding at The Club at Flying Horse! I didn’t get to meet these two (really) until their actual wedding day, but they are such a fun and down to earth couple that we felt comfortable with each other as soon as we met! Kyle is a Colorado native but the their new home will be in Texas. They decided on a Colorado wedding location so they could celebrate with their family. Kyle was blessed that her mom volunteered to plan the wedding. A mom that was so smart to hire a wedding planner 😉 – thank you to Candice Griffin Events for all the work to make the wedding go smoothly. Always helpful, especially for me as a photographer trying to make sure I capture every important moment of the day!

Kyle was a gorgeous bride with beautiful hair and make up done by Mateos Salon and Day Spa and a lovely bouquet of roses made by Secret Window Events. I thought the cupcake/cake combo made by Chef Sugar was so pretty (and delicious)! It provided a unique top tier of the cake for the couple to cut and save and sweet cupcakes for the guests! Everyone enjoyed all the food and desserts and moved to the dance floor to boogie!

These people sure know how to party! The bridesmaids “iced” the groomsmen as a joke/gift by giving them Smirnoff ice to down! And with, just a bit of alcohol, everyone was getting down on the dance floor! Thanks to the fun entertainment provided by Upright Audio Entertainment. While everyone was enjoying themselves, the couple and I stepped outside for some sunset photos with Pikes Peak in the background. It was a fabulous evening!
