As a Colorado Wedding Photographer, whenever I get a wedding inquiry for Estes Park, my mind automatically goes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Of course the park is full of picturesque views that are especially lovely for a bride and groom on their wedding day. However, there are plenty of amazing locations to stay and have your wedding ceremony and reception in Estes Park. One such wedding venue is The Estes Park Resort along Lake Estes and this wedding was during one of the most popular seasons of the year which is the fall. Fall at an Estes Park Resort wedding has not just the fall foliage but mountain and lake view and the color pop compliments the already gorgeous landscape.
One of my favorite parts of this wedding day was actually during the reception. Instead of a huge wedding cake, there was a modest cake topper with a groom and bride pinecone wedding topper and then what seemed like a million mini cupcakes. The flavors were so unique and tasted amazing! One of my favorites was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored cupcake. Although they had about 300 mini cupcakes, there were no leftovers from this wedding! I barely grabbed one to taste for myself. Feast your eyes on all the pretty pictures from the day.
