Lauren and Jared got married in Colorado, last October. They had a beautiful fall day for their Flying Horse Ranch wedding. They wanted their day to be rustic with lots of Southern charm. Flying Horse Ranch was the perfect location for them because it gave them that rustic feel they were going for. It also meant they could have their ceremony in a beautiful barn. The property also had lots of amazing outdoor spots to take all their portraits.

These two are just the sweetest couple! Jared and Lauren were neighbors when they were kids and they grew up together. They are literally childhood sweethearts. How cute is that? Jared proposed by surprising her at home with flowers, champagne, and music. Their love for each other was so overpoweringly evident all day.

Flying Horse Ranch Wedding – Lauren + Jared

The colors of their wedding was pink and white and Jared wore the most amazing pink shoes! It’s nice when nature knows your wedding colors and gives you some pink in your sunset to match 🙂 Lauren’s dress had a beautiful lace overlay with a gorgeous, long train. At their reception, they had cheesecake for dessert. Honestly, I’m a cake person…..so much so that I will stay a few minutes late if you send me home with a container full of wedding cake lol. But the cheesecake was pretty tasty. Everyone should cut into their favorite dessert which in this case was yummy strawberry cheesecake at their wedding! I really loved their cake topper. It was a cutout of them with all their fur babies, two dogs, and a cat. I thought it was so cute that they found a way to include their pets in their wedding day. At the end of the night, they had an epic sparkler exit and a classic car waiting to whisk them off into the night. To top it all off, Jared surprised Lauren by hiring the car and by extending my hours there to capture it all!
