Snowy Della Terra Estes Park Wedding
When non-Coloradoans think of Colorado, immediately of course mountains come to mind. However, I think also snow is pictured and that we are literally covered in the white, fluffy snow from November to April. I hate to burst the bubble for some of you, but unless you are deep in the mountains, not the front range, we get bursts of snow. For Tori and Kyle, they did though choose a Colorado destination that is a winter wonderland for the majority of the winter. They got their dream snowy Della Terra Estes Park wedding just a few days before Christmas. They both are also Disney fans, but surprisingly a Frozen Elsa wedding wasn’t their theme.
Disney Wedding Day
I have actually known these two longer than they’ve been engaged. In fact, you may recognize Kyle from me making him famous on a magazine cover. Years ago, I had a photoshoot on top of a rooftop venue and the image was featured in Wedding Sites and Services Magazine. He also modeled another Christmas themed photoshoot at Moss in Denver. At the time, he and Tori were together but she was not “marrying” him on that day. These two, are made for each other though. Best friends as well as now partners in life. Although, as Tori pointed out in their “first touch” by giving Kyle a bowling pin which is apparently his first love and mistress. Apparently, Tori has accepted her though as a sister wife lol.
On their wedding day, the venue was adorned with snow and this Della Terra Estes Park wedding has the views and location to support it. Now, the views weren’t enough to have the ceremony outside with all their guests. The indoor ceremony though was absolutely beautiful regardless and they were still able to “plant” a tree as part of their ceremony, just temporarily in a pot. We of course, were all daring enough to go outside for photos of the couple. Including under the sign with the elevation.
The real showstopper was the reception though. These two worked hard on a coordinated grand entrance and choreographed dance. It was just short of Dirty Dancing quality but close to Dancing with the Stars. In addition, they hired a DJ, whose suit was too good at keeping the party going. As you can tell, a good time was had by all and the best memories made on the snowy wedding day.
