Why Bridal Portraits?
When a bride comes to me for bridal portraits, I get so excited! This is where she and I can really have some fun! My favorite part is that I can be creative without worrying about wedding day busyness. It’s more than a bride in her gown. This session is about making her dream photos come to life. She can be unique, whimsical, original or sexy. What she pictured for her wedding day might be different than her dream photos. Maybe you’re getting married in the city. But you also pictured yourself barefoot with your hair down, dancing across an open field. A bridal session is how we make that happen! Bridal portraits is how we make those dreams come true. Plus, it is a great way to practice your look before your wedding. Make sure that makeup looks amazing and hair is perfect. You can make sure the dress fits you exactly how you want and you get to break in your bridal shoes.
Katie’s session
Katie and I headed down to LoDo for her bridal portraits. It was the perfect contrast for Katie’s look. A timeless up-do with a sheer beaded back, off the shoulder ball gown. No timelines or schedules. Just us in one of Denver’s hotspots. We were able to stop by Union Station, Federal Circuit Court Building and Larimer Square. Katie looked gorgeous and relaxed in these photos! I’m so glad we made her dreams come to life!
Enjoy!
Soon she will be getting married and the day will be full of hustle and bustle. I am so happy she took time for herself to truly relish in her wedding gown. She had the opportunity to enjoy her gown and how good she feels before the big day. I hope you love them as much fun as we had taking them!
