I am so excited for this amazing family! Sean and Juliet have been trying to start a family since before their wedding. They were going thru IVF to try to get pregnant before the wedding and it didn’t take, which was devastating news. Infertility can be a very difficult and lonely journey but these two decided to just keep trying and keep living their lives along the way. They decided they would get married and try again after their wedding last fall. Instead, they were able to get pregnant naturally and it was a complete surprise. An even bigger surprise was that they were pregnant with twins! Juliet is an obstetrician and she was SUPER SURPRISED when she first saw the ultrasound. Sean was completely shocked too. These two were finally getting their Colorado newborns and their chance to be parents!
Colorado Newborns – Surprise, It’s Twins!
We all know that siblings usually fight a lot and they don’t always get along. But with twins, when they are newborns, they are usually inseparable. They love snuggling up together, just like when they were in the womb. This was not the case with these two fraternal twins! They acted more like regular siblings than like twins. It was so funny to see them almost fighting like brother and sister, even as newborns. Eventually though they settled in with each other. Luke was actually pretty calm, but Maggie was a bit more of a diva. They were not crazy about snuggling together for photos but we were still able to get plenty of great portraits of them together and family portraits with their parents.
Juliet and Sean booked a milestone package so there are more photos to come! I can’t wait to see these two grow up. I bet they’re going to get along much better as they get older too! And check out Sean and Juliet’s engagement session and fall wedding!
