Colorado Holiday Photos – Winter Mini Sessions
Every year, I look forward to my winter mini sessions. I love these snowy Colorado holiday photos. These three families were so much fun and loved playing in the snow. These Christmas card photos from last year were taken at my house when we had eight inches of snow in the middle of November! I always try to plan these sessions for days when it will be snowing. It may be a little tricky to coordinate, but these winter wonderland photos are so worth it! Nothing beats that fresh snowfall and gently falling snowflakes in Christmas card photos!
I also like to incorporate a whole bunch of other holiday and Christmas elements, like colorful Christmas lights, cozy blankets, and wreaths. My families love to dress up in their cutest winter attire too! It goes with the winter theme, looks adorable, and keeps everyone cozy and happy, especially those little ones! Also, since these sessions happen on my property, a warm house or car is literally steps away for when it gets too cold. So there’s no need to worry about having to pose for photos out in the freezing temps forever. We make sure things flow quickly and we can even take warm up breaks if needed.
The photos from these sessions make amazing Christmas cards to send to all your family and friends! So let’s pray for lots of pretty snow this winter!
