Weddings at Crooked Willow Farms

So interestingly enough, I had 2 weekends back to back at Spruce Mountain Ranch in November and 2 weddings at Crooked Willow Farms in June. Megan and Jacob’s June wedding day was my 1^st wedding back since the pandemic (to CW). I love all the special touches these two had that made the day incredibly personal and special.

Special touches and details for your wedding

Already Crooked Willow Farm is the perfect venue for Megan especially as she is an equine vet tech and has loved horses for years. To begin their day the decided to do have a special moment together. First looks are nice for couples beforehand but Jacob’s and Megan’s case we opted for a first look, no look. The corner of the barn worked to keep each of them hidden before the ceremony but allow them to exchange letters. Or in Jacob’s case a novel lol. Later, Jacob did finally get to see Megan as she walked down Crooked Willow Farm’s new grand entrance deck from Lola’s loft. Jacob also included the breaking of the glass from the Jewish heritage.

The most unique detail, however, was Megan’s dad graciously bringing his 940 Ural Motorcycle that has a sidecar for pictures with the couple. There was no driving it around but we sure had fun pretending they were. My favorite detail, however, was the burro bar for weddings at Crooke Willow Farms. This adorable burro makes their way around to your guests for pictures and refreshments. Just look how cute it is! Just be careful if you’re a bridesmaid because it might become a snack for the burro. 😊
